CoLibri System Return Policy

Items purchased at colibriusa.com can be returned within 15 days of receiving them for a refund, after applying a restocking fee. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 15 days from receipt of the original order.

Colibri should be informed at support@colibriusa.com if an order is not received within 15 days from receiving the tracking information via email. Customers should also notify support@colibriusa.com about any discrepancies or problems with the order within 15 days of receiving of the shipment.

Claims received after this deadline will not be processed.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and condition. This is why we recommend you keep your packaging after you receive your items. Items that have been used, modified, or damaged in any way by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Electronic and/or opened items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Prior to returning items to CoLibrì's warehouse, the customer must contact CoLibrì System (support@colibriusa.com) for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This RMA must be written on the invoice and enclosed with the items being returned. Returns cannot be processed without a copy of the customer’s original invoice and RMA.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to CoLibrì's warehouse.

After a returned item has been received and inspected by CoLibrì System, a credit or refund will be issued.
